The Best Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip (Easy Dump & Go Recipe)

If there is one appetizer that disappears first at every Super Bowl party, it’s Buffalo Chicken Dip. It tastes like hot wings but without the mess! This version is the easiest ever because it’s made in the Crockpot. Just set it and forget it.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded (Rotisserie chicken works great!).
  • 8 oz (1 block) Cream Cheese, softened.
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce (Frank’s RedHot is the classic US choice).
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing.
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded.
  • Garnish: Green onions or blue cheese crumbles.

  1. Combine: Place the chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch, and half of the cheddar cheese into the slow cooker. Mix well.
  2. Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 1-2 hours until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  3. Top: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top. Cover for 5 more minutes until melted.
  4. Serve: Stir well before serving. Keep the slow cooker on “Warm” setting during the party so the dip stays gooey!
  5. Dippers: Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or baguette slices.
