Take your standard vanilla cupcake to the next level with a hidden heart of strawberry jam. These Stuffed Cupcakes are a fun surprise for kids and valentines alike. Topped with a pink strawberry buttercream that tastes like a milkshake!

Ingredients:
- 1 box White Cake Mix (plus ingredients on box) OR your favorite vanilla recipe.
- 1/2 cup Strawberry Jam (seedless is best).
- Frosting: 1 cup Butter, 3 cups Powdered Sugar, 1/4 cup Freeze-Dried Strawberry Powder (made by blending dried strawberries – this gives huge flavor without making the frosting runny!).
Instructions:
- Bake: Bake your cupcakes as usual and let them cool completely.
- Core: Use a small knife or an apple corer to remove the center of each cupcake (eat the scraps!).
- Fill: Pipe or spoon a teaspoon of strawberry jam into the hole.
- Frost: Whip the butter and sugar. Add the freeze-dried strawberry powder and a splash of milk. Pipe a high swirl over the hole to hide the surprise.
