Ingredients:
- 4 Tilapia Fillets.
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated.
- 1/4 cup Panko Breadcrumbs (or crushed pork rinds for Keto).
- 1 tsp Paprika + 1 tsp Garlic Powder + 1 tsp Parsley.
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted (or Mayo – mayo keeps it super moist!).
Instructions:
- Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a tray with foil.
- The Mix: In a small bowl, mix parmesan, panko, and spices.
- Coat: Pat fish dry. Brush fillets with melted butter (or a thin layer of mayo).
