High Protein Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream (Ninja Creami Copycat)

Stop spending $8 on a pint of Halo Top. You can make better, creamier, and healthier protein ice cream at home with your Ninja Creami. This Strawberry Cheesecake flavor has become my absolute obsession. It’s thick, rich, and has a whopping 30g of protein per pint. You won’t believe it’s healthy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup 2% Cottage Cheese (Trust me! This makes it creamy like cheesecake, you won’t taste the cheese).
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder.
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk.
  • 1 tbsp Sugar-free Cheesecake Jell-O Pudding Mix (The secret for texture!).
  • 1/2 cup Fresh or Frozen Strawberries.
  • 1 tbsp Monkfruit or Stevia (optional, for extra sweetness).
  • Mix-ins: 1 crushed Graham Cracker.

  1. Blend: Add cottage cheese, protein powder, almond milk, pudding mix, and sweetener to a blender. Blend until completely smooth (no lumps!).
  2. Freeze: Pour into your Ninja Creami pint container. Add the strawberries (mash them a little). Freeze for 24 hours. Do not skip this! It needs to be rock hard.
  3. Spin: Place in the machine and press “Lite Ice Cream”.
  4. Re-Spin: It will look crumbly/powdery at first. Add a splash of milk (1 tbsp) and press “Re-Spin”. Now it should be creamy.
  5. Mix-in: Add your crushed graham cracker and press “Mix-in”.
  6. Enjoy: Eat immediately for the best soft-serve texture!

No Ninja Creami?
Freeze the mixture in ice cube trays. Pop the cubes into a high-speed blender (like Vitamix) and blend until smooth like soft serve.
