Lobster tails are surprisingly one of the easiest seafoods to cook. The oven broiler does all the work in less than 10 minutes. The only “tricky” part is butterflying the shell, but once you master that, you can have a fancy dinner any night of the week.

Ingredients:
- 2Â Lobster Tails (thawed if frozen).
- 4 tbsp Butter, melted.
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder + 1 tsp Paprika.
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley.
- Lemon Wedges.
Instructions:
- Prep:Â Preheat oven broiler to High.
- Butterfly: Using kitchen shears, cut down the center of the top shell towards the tail (stop before the tail fan). Gently pry the shell open. Lift the meat up and rest it on top of the shell. This looks amazing and helps it cook evenly.
- Season:Â Whisk melted butter, garlic, and paprika. Brush generously over the meat.
- Broil: Place on a baking sheet. Broil 5-6 inches from the heat for 8-10 minutes. The meat should turn opaque white and the shell bright red.
- Serve:Â Drizzle with more butter and lemon juice.
