Whether you want a ring or just a delicious dinner, this Creamy Marry Me Chicken is a winner. It features tender chicken breasts swimming in a parmesan and sun-dried tomato cream sauce. Ready in 20 minutes!

Ingredients:
- 2 Large Chicken Breasts, sliced into cutlets.
- 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes (in oil, chopped).
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced.
- 1 cup Heavy Cream.
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth.
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated.
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (for a little heat).
- Fresh Basil for garnish.
- Pasta: Rigatoni or Penne works best.
Instructions:
- Sear Chicken: Dredge chicken in flour/salt/pepper. Sear in a skillet with olive oil until golden (about 4 mins per side). Remove and set aside.
- Start Sauce: In the same pan, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add chicken broth to deglaze the pan (scrape up the brown bits!).
- Simmer: Add the heavy cream and sun-dried tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Finish: Stir in the parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Add the chicken back in to warm through.
