Hosting the girls for Galentine’s Day? 👯♀️ Put away the cooking pots. This year, it’s all about the Dessert Charcuterie Board. It’s huge, pink, over-the-top, and serves a crowd with zero effort. Here is my guide to building the ultimate grazing platter that will be all over your friends’ Instagram stories.

The Strategy (Pick a Color Palette):
For Galentine’s, we want Pink, Red, and White.
- The Anchors: Start with bowls of dips (Nutella, Strawberry Cream Cheese dip).
- The Crunch: Pretzels (yogurt covered are great!), popcorn, wafers.
- The Soft: Mini cupcakes, marshmallows, soft-baked cookies.
- The Fresh: Strawberries and raspberries to cut the sugar.
Assembly Instructions:
- Place the Bowls: Put your dip bowls on the board first to create structure.
- Create “Rivers”: Place lines of pretzels or cookies curving around the bowls.
- Fill the Gaps: This is the secret to a “pro” look. Stuff every empty space with M&Ms, chocolate hearts, or pomegranate seeds. No wood should be visible!
- Garnish: Add a few edible flowers or unwrapped Lindt truffles for that luxury touch.
