Move over, Rice Krispies. For St. Patrick’s Day, we are upgrading the classic no-bake treat by using Lucky Charms! These bars are extra gooey, packed with colorful marshmallows, and take literally 10 minutes to make. The perfect classroom snack.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) Butter.
- 1 bag (10 oz) Mini Marshmallows (plus 1 extra cup to stir in at the end!).
- 6 cups Lucky Charms Cereal.
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract.
Instructions:
- Melt: Melt butter in a large pot over low heat. Add the 10oz bag of marshmallows and stir constantly until completely melted.
- Flavor: Remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Mix: Gently fold in the Lucky Charms cereal until evenly coated.
- The Secret: Stir in the extra 1 cup of mini marshmallows (these won’t melt completely and leave gooey pockets!).
- Press: Transfer to a greased 9×13 pan. Gently press down (don’t pack it too tight or they will be hard). Let cool before slicing.
